Available to hire by internal tenants and by external organisations, our meeting rooms are flooded with natural daylight and are fully air-conditioned providing your team with a comfortable, professional environment from the moment they arrive. Whether for a small, private interview, a grand product launch or extensive sales conference, we have a room to suit. Coffee service and catering facilities available. Just ask.

AV equipment is included, with flipcharts and pens if needed, at no extra-cost together with pens and paper for each delegate. Costs are fully-inclusive with no hidden extras. Refreshments and catering requirements are available - please ask for costs and menu choices when booking your event.
Situated on the first floor of building one, this bright and spacious room has adjacent access to the lift and small breakout area. It offers comfortable accommodation for up to 50 delegates in theatre-style layout and the flexibility for up to 24 in u-shape or boardroom style. Modern IT equipment together with high speed broadband is included in room costs and is complimented by the addition of flipcharts, traditional projector, screen, pens and paper. Refreshing filtered water is always available. Additionally, drinks packages and catering requirements can be provided at extra cost. Our ground floor Boardroom is smaller, but perfectly formed and purposely designed for more intimate meetings. Basking in natural daylight, it boasts an impressive and very inviting central table that can comfortably seat up to 12 people. As with our larger suite, AV equipment, high-speed broadband, projector, flipcharts, pens and papers are all included in the room cost with optional extras available as detailed below.
We like to say yes, so if you have any specific requirements for your event, please ask. For a minimal additional cost, we can supply flasks of freshly-brewed, steaming coffee, traditional and fruity teas and juices and light refreshments. For breakfast or lunchtime catering, we can offer a number of different menu choices to suit every budget with dietary needs catered for wherever possible.
